How it Works

Pricing

Pricing is simple and is tied directly to your success. After paying your caregivers (which amounts to 62.2% of your gross revenue), the national average for expenses (e.g. the cost of operations, sales, marketing, and caregiver recruitment) is 31.8% of your gross revenue according the 2020 HomeCare Benchmark Study. That leaves you with only 6% profit.

 

Our goal is to increase your profit to 10% or more with higher paying clients while at the same time reducing your expenses by sharing expenses amongst the members of the Kibage Care Network. Kibage only wins when you are successful. Jeff & Terri started their home care agency after taking Terri's mom into their home in early 2000 and learning firsthand the hardships along with the honor and purposeful mission that comes with taking care of a loved one. They spent more than 13 years building their agency and helped hundreds of families and caregivers improve their lives. They grew their agency to more than a million dollar operation.

Now, along with their grown children that grew up in the business and the rest of their great employees, they are giving back to other people that wish to open their own home care agency and improve their lives with the most purposeful mission on the planet...caring for others.
